Forming Groups in an Age of Take-over

Groups as Counter-Balance

According to Steiner, special means are required to counterbalance the takeover of humanity by Ahriman in the next few years. One such means is the forming of groups of a certain kind.
Ahriman can't be beat, nor resisted, on an individual level; only within certain groups—born from a certain intention—is this possible.

What do groups do..?
There are of course very many groups, where very many different beings can join in.
But when a group is formed—with a certain intentionality—beings of higher worlds can join, then well beings of a certain kind, in fact of a new kind. This then creates a certain aura if you will, offering a kind of protection, on very different levels.

It strengthens the individual, and brings about a real, and very direct connection with higher worlds. In fact, it has the potential to awaken the higher self, whereby a conscious relation with higher worlds can come about.
It is then not a group that dissolves the individual, on the contrary, it strengthens the self, then well the higher self.

Once such a process sets in, this awakening of the higher self is by no means an unsettling or strange thing. Once this awakening sets in, the special state which comes about is like finding back something that was known all along, but was lost.
The recognition of the people amongst themselves is also enhanced.
It really is then the awakening to another level. Also one where heightened intuition, inspired by the higher worlds, can come about. It is to say, also better insight into the general situation.

Because what this connection—through a special group-being—means, is that arbitrary thought diminishes, and thought actually starts thinking reality. Thoughts acquire a living, cosmic nature in that situation. Comprehension is enhanced.
Ahriman is then no longer the primary adversary. It is the sleeping human being.

Re-Organzing Society?

New ways of relating, and organizing on a social and economic level can come about, and can be found, through the in-working of the group-being. And perhaps such groups can come about on a regional, or even on a global level.
Since we're all on the earth, knowing full well what is to come—indeed, being prepared for this, even sometimes in strange ways, and since a very long time, namely pre-birthly, while still in the spiritual realms. Because according to Steiner, this preparation started centuries ago, perhaps several incarnations back.
The memory of this, this knowledge can awaken. Or better, it is possible to awaken to this level where such things exist, and are real.

In any case, what everyone is, and does, can in such a group context become a piece of a larger puzzle, where each piece finds its special realization, and potential, through the various interconnections.

Personally I am building an application allowing people within a region to place an ad, hereby advertising their skills, their project, or their enterprises, so that economic exchanges on a free, non-institutional basis can come about. This potentially fosters connections, and for people to find each other. Hereby an otherwise dormant human potential within a region can be activated.

How to Found such Groups?

But what fosters a kind of joining-in of people, so that certain group-beings become part of this association of people, is an intentionality.

It is the intention by which people find one another.
Therefore first a certain awakening to the spiritual realm already needs to be present. Namely a sense of the reality of the spiritual realm.
Then the heart needs to be activated, perhaps like an ancient holy oil lamp that is lit, which connects to the purely human level. Namely something that brings about a recognition of the spiritual striving of the other.
And with that a trust should come about, which cements a certain relatedness.
It is the cultivation of this heart-level which—based on a spiritual comprehension—allows higher beings to join in.

One then knows that a spiritual togetherness is about us. One can then think through such a togetherness, or even feel through such a togetherness. Thinking, feeling, and willing change then slightly in nature.
But the goal is never self-serving, but in function of the greater good and world-community. Nevertheless, the embeddedness in the group-being can strengthen one's nature, on all levels.
And because a certain closeness between members of such a group comes about, pressure in any way should be replaced by respect for individual freedom, based on an understanding that everyone is where they are, within their limitations.

This is then a higher technique, for resisting and existing within a world where ahrimanic tendencies can intensify, resulting in potential isolation, and loss of humanity within human nature.
And sometimes getting on the edge is a needed situation, where reaching out to others in such a sense is perhaps the best option.
