How do we come to observe actual particles? Namely subatomic particles? Or even wavelengths..?

"It is the registration of interactions between entities and instruments, from which we infer and deduce."
The elaborations and perceptions on the microscopic level always remain a construct inferred according to assumptions derived somehow from how we understand the world as we know it, namely the physical, visible world.

These assumptions are therefore conceived as a "model". That model itself is constructed based on the assumption that thought is a product of the brain.
This is an assumption, not an observation, because such an observation is never attempted, based on the assumption that observing thought directly is not possible.

However the usual, modern conclusion: "physical, observable reality is an illusion," is somehow correct. It arrives hereby in fact at a starting point, namely: reconsidering reality as it is.
Except that within the scientific context this happens within a model that is framed incorrectly. While it sees thought - which in fact is the ultimate tool which can make the actual inferences - as merely another "physical" aspect.

It doesn't change categories or levels there where it should be compelled to do so.
Thought is not only experienced, it is observed, and indeed as a reality in itself.
The entire inner world and its content is a complex and observable reality.

Assigning reality or no reality here to this inner world is based not on the observation of the corresponding nature and properties of the inner world and its content, but is based upon a definite pre-established stance: only what we can touch is real. However the inner world cannot be touched, yet is equally real, given all that this inner world provides. If not the capacity of inference itself, it has a significant impact in the world, since it is this inner world which when looked at closely, appears as the ultimate producer of the entire content of civilization. Now, we see — via the microscope — the subatomic realm through interference and inference. These inferences situate the atomic realm based assumptions taken from the properties of physically perceptible reality.

What if we treated it rather as perception? And not so much as a speculation, via the inferences. But from a perspective gained from an accurate and direct perception of thought as such, concluding hereby its spiritual nature and substance.

So indeed what if we assumed it was a spiritual realm of some kind, which, to elaborate the corresponding perceptions from it, should be inferred as a world whose properties are those of a world at this scale working in on and within matter, surely again from out of other realms, up to now unseen or not yet inferred, at least not correctly.

Thus working-in on matter, and within matter, are worlds, or dimensionalities, whose vastness, character and nature pertain to the inner world of the earth itself. Therefore they are of an entirely different character, with different properties, than those which are usually inferred. But these dimenisonalities are not necessarily limited to the interior of the earth, while from there too a cosmic working-in, or a multiple working-in can be envisioned.
Now, with such formulations, we are in fact already entering into the corresponding realms, while simply by considering them, our awareness, or consciousness, or attention, even our thinking are hereby brought into these spheres.

And even if perception as such can not enter into these spheres, we can say that here too perception is not absolutely needed. While inference might work as well, except here inferences would be based on an entirely different set of assumptions and thus on different models.Even, by "entering" these strata with our (newly shaped) inferences and assumptions, does this not mean that we are actually "sending" our consciousness down there in the corresponding spheres?

Indeed, if we assume that thought and various other "subtle" strata are a reality, then we can also assume that thought, etc., has a very close-knit relationship with matter as well. While, if the etheric can elaborate substance into living plant substance, for instance, is not the human being also variously inserted in his physical, molecular, and atomic reality which he variously grasped and interpenetrated at some point and at some level to actually elaborate the body from conception onward..?
So therefore, we can say that by altering the model, now our inferences would invariably come nearer to these realities of the inside of matter, related as they are to the inside of the great maeteria itself, namely the "Mother," the earth, with everything that belongs to it, including thus the entire cosmos..?
Thus could we say that now our inferences themselves ARE our consciousness (and perception) entering into these very strata.., through our newly formed assumptions?

Yes indeed so!
And we could even say more :
Our inference IS a kind of seeing/perception.
The difference is that the scientist with his assumptions doesn't realize that with his observations into, say, the realities which the electron microscope open into, that he IS in fact entering into these domains with his consciousness, but is not aware of this.. Since for him his awareness, perception and consciousness are not real..

The spiritual scientist on the other hand does not only know that his perception, consciousness, etc., are real, but he can also perceive them. He can handle them consciously.

Hereby he can actually more accurately guide his own consciousness and perception into and within the corresponding realm, and by entering them with awareness, with a comprehension we can say, which is an attentive consideration..And this all according to the nature of consciousness, awareness and perception itself, AS WELL AS according to the nature of the fields that are entered into...

So this is quite something...
This is quite a domain indeed which now can open up differently, while it can be opened up differently, as it will also "respond" differently. And even what is perceived through the microscope, could now be followed back through the inevitable deformation by the microscope itself, recondicted by consciousness or conscious awareness, to a more original perception, or reality pertaining to these levels, while the microscope provided an inevitable mechanized picture which needs to be "corrected", namely traced back to its more "life-related" form..
And as far as other more electrical realms or parts are concerned, how indeed should they be met..?
Here is room for quite some exploration...

Now, two or more trained observers could repeat this newly established protocol differently, repeat the protocol independently and compare mappings. Use agreed vocabulary and confidence ratings.
But even if the mappings won't compare, we could simply look at what distinguishes the two personalities, and map that out, as a factor which will inform yet again about the world.
This "difference" could then be factored-in, while the two dissimilar perspectives might well also attest to various differing aspects belonging to the observed fields in question themselves.

Here we would focus on the personality interference as one aspect, but before that aspect comes into play — which, by giving it attention would magnify — the handling of the microscope experience as such, allows already to establish a whole lot which could re-frame reality as it is currently perceived..

Thus we can blow the importance of the interfering personalities out of proportion, while just the opposite needs to happen: the attention needs to be properly brought in onto what is observed, namely the field in question, or aspects herein. Tests and what is happening in the world in that regard, happens still mostly from a reductionist paradigm, and needs to be re-calibrated as well.  I
We may hereby now say that scientists are no longer just seeing into their microscope, but also into their head as well, meaning into their own mind. This place now — the mind — becomes an enhancer as well, a "collaborative" tool which participates with the microscope at re-adjusting and "zooming-in" on the actual reality under consideration..

Re-framing the Microscope & the Inferences:
On infinitesimal levels, reality has to be recreated accordingly. Not as physical reality's parameters, but adapted to their specific micro-environments. Inferences need to be checked, so as to adapt them accordingly to the level of magnification.
