Ahriman, and the Christ in the Etheric, as an antidote
The etheric offers a different entry. It is a purer field of perception.

As we near a phase of intensification of digital interference and entanglement with all spheres of life, the identification of the human being with the digital and technological world can only signify a natural continuation of evolution, for those who have adopted the current mechanistic worldview. And while Artificial Intelligence takes on centre stage, the question as to the nature of human intelligence comes to the fore. In that context it is therefore imperative to come to terms with human intelligence other than through theory or outer observation, rather, this situation points to the necessity for direct observation of the inner world s such. While this is the only way for realizing that with this inner world, we are standing with a spiritual world.
The impending Ahrimanic confrontation within the current situation comes about precisely at this very moment in time for a reason.
It is namely also a wake-up call, while humanity can no longer exist as it does, without any further damage.
To simply exist, as a humanity living fully and solely in the physical world, represents a danger in itself. In fact, it IS the Ahrimanic danger.
The only thing which will change, is that this inner situation, of being caught in the sole physical realm, will now externalize. And it will fully realize itself in the physical, and even sub-physical realm.
So what materializes in the external world, is only a reminder, of something else which receives too little attention. If the human being only takes a hold of himself as a physical being, without noticing that other part of his being that is the so-called inner world, as a real spiritual world, he gets drawn more and more to the outside, and entangled within it.
This represents a cutting off from his own nature, even if he seeks realization as a physical being.
For simplification, we could characterize this inner world, as an etheric world, or at least, we could separate the etheric off from it. And accessing the etheric is needed, to find a pure space of reflection.
Aligning with the body is not so straightforward, as the body is composed above all of etheric and astral components constituting the actual physical body as it appears. Therefore a sensible approach to the body can be found by taking these components into account, and actually move through them.
The body is interwoven with astral and affective layers. It reflects not only life but also our projections. The etheric offers a different entry. It is a purer field of perception: rhythm, growth, formative force.
Here the astral cannot dominate. To access the etheric is to find a space of reflection not yet tainted by passion. It allows us to meet life as becoming, not as reaction. Only the I can then take hold of this etheric, and through it animate the physical in freedom. This is the path that resists Ahriman: not collapsing into body alone, nor escaping into abstract spirit, but perceiving the etheric as threshold.
